Here at Jo & David's Swingers Party we take the issue of your privacy very seriously.

Here is the information we collect from you and how it is handled.

Verification details.

• Before we can allow you to access the main body of this site we need to see government issued photo ID to confirm you are over the age of 18.
• Once we have confirmed that the image on your ID matches you we delete the images from our gmail/whatsapp or sms - we never copy the images to our local computers or to our servers..
• We record your date of birth and real names, but no other information from your ID.
• If your profile is deleted, all your information is removed from our systems.
  • Deleted profiles cannot be recovered, all the information stored on the profile is deleted.

Your email address:

• We only record and use your email address to communicate details of upcoming events at Jo & David's Atlantic Canada Swingers Parties.
• We do not give, loan or sell your email address to any other person or organization, nor have we ever in the past given, loaned, shared or sold email addresses with other companies.
• We will remove all traces of your email address and all other information we hold about you, except for people on our banned list, upon a request received from the said email address.
• The only email addresses we publish are those of guests who are banned from the site.
• By booking and then failing to show, or by breaking any of our house rules, which have caused us to ban you, you have granted us permission to publish your email address.
• The email of offendors will be published on the Banned users page.

Your Telephone Number

• We only retain your WhatsApp/Telegram number for requesting details to complete your profile, or when the profile is complete, for communicating details about upcoming events at Jo & David's Atlantic Canada Swingers Parties.
• The number is only stored with your Nickname on the party phone.
• We do not give, loan, sell or share your Telephone Number to any other person or organization, nor have we ever in the past given, loaned, shared or sold telephone Numbers with other companies.
• We will delete your number from our telephone if you send us a WhatsApp or SMS message asking us to delete it.

Your Profile Details.

• You can edit most fields on your profile by usingthe "Edit Profile" link under the "Profiles" Tab in the members area.
• You cannot edit a few fields:
  • Your Username - used by the system to identify you.
  • Your Display Name - People switched their display names to try and confuse other users.
  • Your Date of Birth - Only your age is visible to others, your date of birth is hidden.
  • Banned Status - You cannot unban yourself.
  • Genuine Status - We change this status on information sent to us by other users.
  • Registration Date - This is a system field and cannot be edited.
  • Last Online - This is a system field and cannot be edited.
  • Member Type - Once a profile is created, this cannot be changed.
  • Parties Attended - This is updated by Jo or David the week after the party you attended.

Image, Video or Voice recording Devices are banned.

We take your, and our, privacy seriously.

The same as any reputable swingers party or swingers club we do not allow any photo, video or audio recording anywhere on our property during any of our events.

Photos on the Internet of "Swingers Parties" are almost always of staged and posed events for photos using adult models.

Bringing a camera, smartphone, smart glasses or any other device that can record or transmit images or audio to any of our parties is not allowed.

If you need to bring your phone with you please put it in a locker on arrival. You can go and check it in the locker room if you are expecting a call.

Phones are not allowed to be used in the kitchen, lounge, bar, bedrooms, gardens, hot tub, bathrooms or the forest on our land. You may only use them in the locker room for work or childcare purposes.

No Smart Glasses

To re-iterate our privacy rules, We do not allow the use of any electronic devices or any devices that capture images, videos or audio.
This includes any form of Smart Glasses, all mobile phones, all digital cameras,  all video cameras, all smart watches containing cameras.
We ban everyone who breaks this rule.
